Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string on Acumatica Dashboard

I have an issue on my dashboard where creating a KPI scorecard gives me the following error: “Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string”. 

My GI’s work perfectly on the dashboard when in data table format, and even in the GI itself I am able to aggregate the column on the bottom of the screen without issue. For some reason when I create the scorecard, I receive this error. Anyone seen this before? (attached XML for the GI in question)

Hi @mannylaraiv! I was wondering if you ever receive a solution on this or figure it out?

Seems the topic is quite old at this point, but if the issue is still occurring then we can re-visit it if needed.
