Hi everyone,
Is there a way to capture all the rates given when you click “Shop for Rates” on the Shipping screen?
I would like a way to show what our freight cost is, but also how much we save by choosing one carrier over the other for each shipment.
If we shop for rates and click the lowest one, do the other rates just go away or are they stored somewhere?

However, if you want to externally capture this information for individual shipments, you can select the excel icon to export this information.
Which will render this captured information into an Excel file.

Do you know if there is a way to export to excel to a specific folder, like in OneDrive… instead of just as a Download?
However, please note that this will change any and all future downloads to that location, not just downloading files from your Acumatica instance.
If you want specific download locations based on specific sites, you may be able to achieve that with a browser extension that routes your downloads to specific folders based on domain, file type, and etc. You will need to search for something like this from the web store of your browser.
