Trying to find a way to capture the date a Sales Order changes from the state of On Hold to Open.  Looking to build some KPIs off of this time difference.  I am struggling on how to find and show this data.  Is it available somewhere?

Hi @claudematherne24 ,

One trick, I use Business Events to send emails to a dummy account when I want to log specific activities like this.  It in turn creates an Activity for that document, which can then be referenced if you need to see what happened, by whom, and when.

You can probably then leverage the email/alert time to suit your needs.  It’s not the cleanest solution, I’ll admit, but perhaps worth exploring.

@claudematherne24 I believe you’ll need to use the AuditHistory tables and then filter for the data you’re looking for. It can be a little tricky to pull this data, depending on your skill level with GI building, but it should certainly be possible.

@BenjaminCrisman Still getting the hang of more complex GIs.  But, noted.

@craig2 that seems like a decent way to trick the system to give me what I want.  I’ll play around with that.
