I created a GI in 2025R2 and wanted to import into a client who is running 2025R1.  Is this okay, or will it cause a problem?  Very simple GI only using APInvoice and APTran DACs.

Hi @jperlowin

If you use simple GI only using APInvoice and APTran DACs then I think there is no problem importing into Acumatica 2025R1.

@jperlowin

You can export the GI from the old version to the new version. Sometimes, it may throw an error if there’s a major version difference.

In this case, since it’s just a one-version difference, it shouldn’t be a problem

Hi @jperlowin,

Those simple GIs that use standard table relations will not have any issues.

If you still have any doubt, you can first import this GI into the sandbox environment (if you have access) and verify that it’s working correctly. This way, it won’t affect anything in the production environment.
