Business Event stopped working after 25R2 patch

Have a scenario where a business event hasn’t fired off since the patch to 25R2.  The end user is in the process of changing VARs so I can’t open a ticket yet.  Has anyone come across business events not working after an upgrade/patch? 

We tried clicking Track all fields and that didn’t work.  We have looked at the joins on the GI and it seems to be something else. 

Remittance is showing up blank.

Is the business event not firing, or is the remittance blank?  You can check in the Business Event History to confirm if the event is firing.  If it isn’t firing, I would suggest using Restart Application on the Apply Updates screen to restart Acumatica after the update.  You should do this off hours since it will cause a brief disruption for users.

If the event is firing but the attachment is blank, I would recommend reviewing the filters on your email notification and the conditions on the AP642000.rpx report in the Report Designer.  This post is older, but the idea still applies:

Yes to both.  It isn’t firing and the remittance is blank when we manually run it. 

I will review the link you provided and see if I can get it to work.  Thanks for your assistance.
