Business Event for Zero Price on SOLine

How would I create a Business Event (or some other notification) to alert me when a Sales Line is created and saved with a ZERO price?

Or when a Sales Line price is changed to ZERO.

Hi @sarah, Please find the steps below to achieve this requirement.

  • Create a simple Generic Inquiry for SOLine table with the Unit Price field
  • Configure this GI in Business Events screen with UnitPrice condition below.
