Batch Run Report Force Refresh

We are changing the shipment contact name on transfer sales order to help us with project staging. On the Pick List Report (SO644000) I have added this field [SOShipmentContact.FullName] to be visible if the Shipment Type is TR. When I have a batch run of transfer orders, the system is only pulling the information from the first shipment. All other fields are being updated correctly but the FullName field gets stuck with whatever the first shipment information was. Even when I look at a Print Job every page shows the first Shipment information. If I run the individual Pick List for the shipment, the correct information populates.

How do I get this field to update with the correct FullName for that Shipment?
