Age analysis with ODATA report – how do I create generic inquiry that includes ageing buckets with comments from system

Can you explain this in some some more details?
For buckets, I think you mean a column with different age ranges. In that case your formula would essentially be if date is less than X and Greater than Y then return the data field. Add a column for each bucket/range.
Which screen is this data currently on? Which comments and age are you referring to?
