I have a GI where add new button is not working. If I click the button nothing happens. It works well for all other GIs. Is there any change that I can do in the GI?

Add new button not working for a one GI

First I have disabled all relations since I am unable to save the GI after the changes done on the replcate inquiry.
After the above changes done, I have added the realtions back and able to save the GI.
now I can able to click on + Button with out issues,
To troubleshoot I have disabled some results grid columns.
Please follow the same steps to resolve the issue.

I see your GI is heavily edited. And I haven't found the cause of the error.
I have attached Acumatica's standard GI XML file. This GI is unedited with the new button working fine. You can re-import this standard GI and add your edits.

I reviewed your GI and noticed that Replace Entry screen with this inquiry in Menu checkbox is not checked.
I have tried to select this as well, it is not allowing me do so and getting error as Error: Another process has added the 'GINavigationScreen' record. Your changes will be lost.
So may be as @nhatnghetinh, suggestion, it is heavily edited , you can use standard GI and add your changes to it.
