I am trying to update the logs, and as part of this process, I need to update the "Actual Start Date" field of an Appointment in Acumatica. However, when I attempt to update this field, it neither throws an error nor updates the value.
Interestingly, the "Actual Start Time" field updates correctly, but the date remains unchanged.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Are there any restrictions or system rules preventing the "Actual Start Date" from being updated? Any guidance would be appreciated.
