Deleted Shipments


deleted shipments are populating back up in acumatica we currently use shiphawk but were originally deleted in acumatica how to fix

Hello!

Do you have audit history enabled and shipment number deleted? if it enabled 

Please go to audit history screen and select the shipment screen ID

When you say they are appearing back up in Acumatica, what does that mean? Are they in the shipments?

Can you share more info?


So basically, yes, they are in shipments we never had this issue until now. We have checked the audit history on certain sales orders and the shipments were deleted from the system as part as our revision process and another shipment was created. But for some reason the shipments showed back as opened.

@michaelharmon5268571  Any background processing screens are running to create the Shipments again? Or any Webhooks that you are using as part of your customizaiton and creating the shipments again?
