Got tasked with finding a new acu support company and I just wanted to get some insight from some you guys as to who actually provides timely service. We use the manufacturing version of Acumatica and mainly need help with making new forms and optimization of the system to fit our needs. If any of y’all have any recommendations, please comment.
+16I’m afraid you may not get a lot of useful feedback here, since most people are a bit hesitant to air their complaints publicly. I’ll answer from the opposite side, as someone who frequently talks to people like you.
Many of the customers that make direct contact with me are in a similar situation of either remaining with their partner despite being underserviced and choosing to find independent assistance or having put up enough fuss to officially move from their unsatisfactory provider to Acumatica (the company) but looking for more prompt or affordable support.
i-Tech Support is a VAR with excellent customer service and support. NextStep Technologies Advisors are in my area and have a business model that works well for these situations. Business Consulting Leader is another service provider that I believe is exceptional in their category.
I don’t think any of these recommendations have a specific focus on manufacturing. For that vertical, I hear good things about WM Synergy although I’ve had no direct contact with them.
