Yes, as mentioned by @dcomerford , you can use the "Correct" action in Employee Time Card form to change the status of a timecard to "On Hold." This will allow you to make the necessary changes and resubmit the timecard for approval.

As mentioned above, if the time card has been released,you can edit details when you use the "correction "' action in the employee time card form. It goes back to "on hold" status, and you can make the necessary changes on the time card and submit again.
