Question

Tax engine mess up

Today - the Tax engine for Payroll is now reporting 2022 AZ SIT withholding rates.

LAST week - before the first payroll, the client used tax maintenance and the 2023 AZ SIT rates were displayed and all employees were set to 0.  The client has diligently updated all employees with the default rate, then employee selected rate when they submitted the new forms.

But now all the rates just reverted back to 2022 rates.

anyone else have this issue? better yet, how do we get the 2023 rates back? Running Tax Maintenance does not populate the 2023 rates?

Hello @paulgilmore86 ,

This is a known issue and we are working on the fix now.  If our testing results are good then we will be able to release the new web service with the necessary fix tomorrow.

Thank you,

Kristen

I have a client that got a new remote employee from New York, but New York will not show active in the company, so how do I add it?

@kwilson03

This seems to be a different topic.  Would you please create new thread with more details?
