Not sure how robust you would like the software, but you can use the Employee record and keep attributes on there and Notes.

We have had several clients use Workforce Go with much success.

Acumatica has a lot of HR information already in the system and with the ability to add attributes to track additional information most of what you need is there.

the only thing you will not have with an external system is:

1. Applicant tracking
2. employee self service

Currently, in our Acumatica for HR information is only “ Organization- Employee” for us to enter employee’s particular like database, what we referring to is like training record, appraisal , leave and attendance . Not sure if these function can be in acumatica platform as well?

As one of concern for Workforce GO , it is cater for US rule and policy , example for payroll , that is not cater for other country with different payroll policy .
