When publishing customization projects, the system frequently hangs at the external carrier plugin step

Does anyone have a solution for this? Very frequently, it will hang here and never finish.

Hi @tararosenthal 

What build are you experiencing this on?  Its probably a bug on that build.

We are running Build 23.114.0025. Do you know of any known issues that might cause this?
