• Clean the Old snapshots to increase the space from all tenants

   

• Delete unnecessary tenantshttps://community.acumatica.com/system-health-and-performance-118/snapshots-take-up-too-much-space-managing-space-7316
• Truncate the audit history and any Sync logs to increase the space
• Optimize the database to clear the orphan records.
• Delete SM EMAIL Info https://www.augforums.com/forums/everything-else/manage-reduce-database-size/
