I’m not sure if this has been identified yet with Import Scenarios.

If you use “Insert From” (Copy/Paste is completely non-functional), random lines get dropped from the import.

For some reason the images won’t attach here.

One issue is that in projects we have a UDF that displays the schema field EPEmployee.acctCD this has always displayed the employee name, now it displays the employee ID#  we tried to make one that displays EPEmployee.acctName but that object isn’t available.  This works fine on classic UI.

Column sets no longer validate correctly if you use report parameters to build descriptions. @StartPeriod and @StartBranch both fail validation and further updates to the text formula do not stick. I needed to change Column Sets back to the Classic UI in order to build reports.

This appears to have been partially fixed in 2026R1 26.101.0225.3 and 2025R2 25.201.0213.7. The validation still fails but I can now save my changes and it persists correctly. It would still be nice to have the list of parameters in the Formula window and have the validation button fully functional.

For me the “Import Scenarios” screen is the single worst screen i have worked with in modern UI.

I really, really, really, hope this is being worked on…….

I cannot imagine upgrading to 27R1 and being forced to use this.

Seriously, It’s really bad. I have encountered imports that do not work in classic UI in 2026 R1 and only work in the modern UI, so it’s unavoidable currently.

There is an idea to improve which is still in the “open” status, so it is doubtful they have plans currently to fix given that the status is not “Planned.”   Improve the ease of use for import scenarios in the modern UI | Community

There is another “idea” to bring back functionality that existed before modern that has 150 votes and that just went into “gathering feedback.”

Modern UI is largely a net loss in usability and functionality for people who build no code content in Acumatica. It’s not an exciting situation.
