I'm in the IT department at my company and currently handle system maintenance and oversight: I make sure everything runs smoothly, create dashboards, write Generic Inquiries, and modify reports in Report Designer. I understand our business processes and already manage several modules well.
I would like to specialize further and strengthen my skills, so I’m looking for guidance on where to take courses. Some time ago, I started an interactive quiz-style course that covered the fundamentals of Acumatica and its modules, but when I try to access it now, it shows as no longer available.
Could you recommend courses, learning paths, or resources I should look into for my IT profile? Also, for administration and lightweight customizations, which key certifications or badges are worth pursuing for someone in IT?
