Business Date format not reflecting in Acumatica

Hi Team,

Even though I change date format in System Locale, it’s not reflecting in the UI. Please help me to rectify on this.

I have tried it in my local instance, and it works as expected.

 

Date Format

Have you refreshed the page?  Because I got expected output after refreshing the page.

Hi, @sweta68 ,

I refreshed, sign out and sign in also not reflecting. I tested in my local instance, no problem. Only on the client instance having this issue. Is there any other settings, I could check.

Still we don’t have solution for this issue. but this issue occurred after we did the upgrade.

I have upgrade to the below version. But still we cannot identify the issue.

Acumatica Cloud ERP 2022 R2
Build 22.216.0040 +

Thanks, Hope you are doing good. I have already created Support case, but still no resolution for this issue. Also its very critical for our Customer.
