For anyone who ships from the software, which third party software are you using to support your processes? We currently use Fusion and the team is questioning the solution to make they have the best needs for processes. We also use Zebra handhelds on the floor to pick and pack. Thank you!
+1We currently use PaceJet for our domestic shipping. We are evaluating FreightPop for our export/import needs. We’ve not been able to get the scanning for the pick pack to work yet, but that’s also on our radar.
We’ve been using StarShip by VTechnologies for close to a decade now and recently migrated onto their cloud solution - Great integration with Acumatica, very flexible and easy to configure, highly customizable and great for anyone that needs complex rate shopping rules as well as writeback scenarios
Like any software solution, there are some annoyances or ‘I wish it would do x’ comments that come along from time to time but on the whole it’s been a great fit for our needs
