Performance Delay Issue despite CPU/RAM/Storage not fully utilized

Hello,

We recently been having this issue or every screen loading 10 secs before the next screen.

Upon checking our AWS cloud we have never reached over 50% memory or cpu in the task manager.

We still have 30% space left in our DB storage.

Any advice on what should we do?

This is how it’s like sometimes on a daily basis
