Does ayone in the community know of or support a company that produces clothing/garments using the manufacturing module? It seems there are some specific requirements that the current module does not cater for in this industry

Hi Angie, thanks for feedback, Im glad to hear there are some clients using the Manufacturing module for Textiles. I will need to request the details from the lead consultant to provide you with but some of the high level items are:

- They need to be able to put a enter a manufacturing declaration, where by the system would need to generate the required Production orders.
- Need to track actual Raw material consumption more accurately

- Most importantly the Production Order needs to be able to accommodate the Garment Size Curve (Sub-Items) where the Bill of Materials (Kit Spec) may differ per Size in terms of Components and Ratings.
- The Production Order across the Size Curve needs to be seen as one Order, as Raw Materials need to be Calculated and Issued per Production Order and not per Size.
- The Production Order should be able to Calculate the Raw Materials to be Issued to the respective CMTs taking into consideration the Production Qty and respective Loss Factors per Raw Material.
- We need visibility of the Garment from the day that the Production Order is placed until it is in Stock. So, throughout the process.
