Disassembly transaction on a closed production order with serialized items

Hi All,

I am new to manufacturing. What is the process of disassembling of a closed production order with serialized items?

@driesdeklerk50 To disassemble the closed production order, you create a production order with production order type with function ‘Disassemble’ and when using Disassembly (AM301500) form, you will need to define the Serial# of the closed production order in the Line Details tab.

You create a production order of a production order type which is for disassembly.

On the reference tab of Production Order Maintenance you change the source to Production Reference and choose the original closed production order.

You follow the process to execute the disassembly order
