Is there a posibility to stop aut. labor/ tools/ Overhead costs bookings coming from manufacturing transactions? Maybe a flag/ setting in manufacturing preverences to control this?

You can set the WIP account to any account - if you don’t want to bucket costs to WIP.
If you want separate accounts for each type of cost Labor/Var Overhead/Fix Overhead, we don’t have the ability to define separate WIP accounts for each. This would be an enhancement.

+3Are you asking if there is a way to control what costs from MFG hit WIP and what costs do not? I do not believe this exists. Might be a good candidate to enter as a product “idea”.
Yes exactly. I guess not every customer wants to have automatic bookings into the WIP account when doing Actual cost bookings based on production orders.
