BOM Cost Roll is updating wrong revision

When I do a BOM cost rollup, it is pulling the cost of the old revision and putting that cost into the pending cost instead of the latest revision.

For example:

One part may have 4 revisions based on changes we have made to a part (REV A was the original BOM and then we created REV 1, 2, 3, 4 based on the customers needs). Instead of pulling REV 4 which is the current rev, it is pulling REV A’s cost and putting that into the pending cost field instead of REV 4.

Can you archive the older revision so that you only have 1 revision active at a time?
