You either need “Delete”, “Insert”, or “Edit” access rights to the Bills and Adjustments screen. Please see screenshot below.
If a member helped you, please *Like* their post. If a member provided an answer to your question, please mark it as *Best Answer*.
Your user role may not have access to AP actions like that.
