Automation of reporting back work in production orders (backflushing multilevel bom)

Hi there,

we would like to use backflushing in multilebel boms. Automated reporting back of work and material works fine for one-level-BOMs. However, if we use multilevel BOMS (e.g. a BOM with a subassembly) then we always need to report work back for all operations. This can be very annoying since we sometimes have 10 operations in one BOM and also several operations in subassemblies. We also marked the subassembly BOMS as phantoms. And we also marked backflushing everywhere. However, it does not work automatically.

Is there any possibility to automate this?

Thank you very much.

Best Wishes

If you set the material on the Phantom BOM to backflush, when the BOM is used on a Production order, the material backflush settings will be preserved.

Hi angierowley!

Thanks for your answer. Thanks to another topic the solution came to me yesterday. The deceive point is that you move the last labor operation in the move screen. Then all the work and all the material is automatically backflushed!
