There is a scenario that an stock item called 'A' as a component in a Bill of material relaces with a item called 'B' when the required quantities of 'A' are not available.
The BOM is configured as Backflush,FIFO and they cannot use a revision for BOM using Item B to report material since they don't know the exact point the product use 'B'.
Can anyone please suggest a possible method to carry out a scenario like this?it requires to backflush 'B' when the 'A' is not vailable in the location.

This function is not currently available in Acumatica, so you will need to explore customizations. Additionally, there is an ongoing requirement gathering process, and this feature may be included in a future Acumatica release.
