The Acumatica INstaller has the device hub option to be installed. You can find the installer for your version on the products page or Builds.Acumatica.com

You can download AcumaticaTools from builds.acumatica.com Select your specific version and build.
When you run the installer, select DeviceHub
You could also install AcumaticaERP locally

I tried to download as instructed, but keep getting the error message “Acumatica ERP and Tools cannot be downloaded on the same computer” any ideas how to download device hub?
