Hi Acumatica Community,
We’re experiencing an issue where changes made to the Shipping line in Shopify orders are not syncing correctly to Acumatica as premium freight price. Specifically, when we modify or remove the shipping charge in Shopify, Acumatica continues to pull the old shipping value instead of the updated one.
Here’s our setup

The issue currently is, for this order as an example. we updated the order by removing the Shipping

Next is we resync the order again, however the Premium Freight Price did not change

For this example, we tried hard-coding the premium freight price to 0, and it worked. This makes me think the issue is related to what data Acumatica is pulling from Shopify. However, I’ve tried all the available options for the shipping line, and they all still return the old shipping value of 8.95.

What’s really strange is that in the sandbox tenant, it only works if we don’t explicitly map the premium freight price. But in the live tenant, nothing works at all, whether we explicitly map it or not. The behavior is completely inconsistent between the two environments, even though the setup is supposed to be identical.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have suggestions on what might be causing Acumatica to pull outdated data from Shopify? Are there any known issues with the connector or caching that could explain this behavior?
Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!
