Outlook Add-In: Can we turn off attachments?

Hi Guys,

 

As you all probably do, we have a few images within our email signatures. Is there any way to default the outlook add-in to not attach these images as files?

I have figured this out, we have forbidden .png & .jpg files from upload, this still allows the emails to be uploaded but the files dont get attached to activity/opportunity/case.
