On the refreshable excel reports
who can update them?
me i’m able to update the excel(admin)
But a user which can access to the GI cannot update the excel exported for a unknown reason.

Please check the following information:
1. Has the user logged into the Excel Report file using the username/password Acumatica?
2. Have you created Access Rights for that user to use the Generic Inquiry screen?

Hi yes he enter his Acumatica credential.
yes he have user right and have access to the GI without problem, he exported the excel here by the way.
I tried to give im odata user right without succes.
+12They need the Odata 4 user role if using their own login.
