In the classic UI, we can perform some low code screen customizations (i.e. Wrap text on a description field) via the screen editor in a customization package. When that customization is published, the changes don’t port to the modern ui. How do we perform low code screen customizations in the modern UI?

The short answer is, you don’t (yet). You would need to edit the HTML / TypeScript definitions, which I would not consider low code.
