Hello,
In Stock Items screen, Price/cost tab, are you using Minimum Markup % field?
When Minimum Markup is populated, not 0, Acumatica will throw an error when the price entered is too low on a Sales Order line. Acumatica will revert the entered price and the user is not able to enter a price that is too low (can’t enter a price that is below the minimum markup for that item).
No Code needed, no customization needed.

+20Yes! With Validate Minimum Markup set to Warning, you will see a warning. With Set to Minimum, you will see this message when trying to enter a price that is less than minimum markup:
