I enabled the Staff Name field on the Service Order screen detail Grid. This is an existing database field that was not previously available in the UI. After adding the control, I am able to see the field in the Classic UI; however, it is not visible in the Modern UI. Do anyone enable data fields to Modern UI.

You could use no code Modern UI Editor to add/show field on the grid(similar to classic UI):

Thanks for your response. It appears there is a bug in 2025 R2. I followed the same steps in both versions, but the functionality did not work in 2025 R2, while it worked as expected in 2026 R1.
It seems that once a customization package is published in 2025 R2, the system no longer displays that DAC field in the Modern UI Editor. Similarly, if we update an existing customization, the DAC field is still not visible in the Modern UI Editor.
However, this issue does not occur in 2026 R1, where everything works as expected. I was able to complete in 2026R1 version.
