Group by APTaxTran.TaxID and Create a Parameter from and to using APTaxTran.FinDate

Im having problem with my report i want to create a report where i can get the sum of [APTaxTran.TaxableAmt] based on the parameter FinDate and also group it by APTaxTran.TaxID
so it only insert one per TaxID can you help me?
