Hello Community.

For some of the business event , we created notification template with Email to notify the users regarding pending approval. But when this event triggers it generates same email twice and user receive 2 email for same object.

 

 

 

I am having the same issue - if someone could help us! 

Adding another comment to see if someone can give a solution to this
