Auto-Run Condition dont work after upgrading to 23R1

Dear All,

After upgrading from 22R2 to 23R1, we got the error message “The Auto-Run Condition can be enabled only for actions of the PXAutoAction type (defined in a graph or graph extension) or actions of the Workflow type.”

 

Did anyone get this issue?

Details: this condition is set for automatically Update IN some shipment

HI @chidao  , Yes, Changes were made to the Auto Run action from 23 R1 and it will work for only WorkFlow actions.

For the normal actions, you need to create your own Transitions for the respective status and work with them.

Could you share the Condition

Hi @dcomerford, fyi this is the condition. The Action Update IN will run automatically when Shipment Type = Transfer or Customer Order Nbr start with letter "RQ"

@chidao We’re able to resolve this?

We would like to do the same… immediatly Auto-Run the Update IN on confirmed for certain shipment types.
