We currently run Prime Version 8, Update 12

Question 1: The Approvals screen (EP503010) doesn’t allow approvers to see the timesheets that they have already approved. Sometimes they need to reject after approving  (same day, prior to processing), which they can do on the Timesheet Approvals screen (WM3033JM) on the All Records tab. Will this be available on the Approvals screen (EP503010) when the Timesheet Approvals screen (WM3033JM) is removed in a future version?

Question 2: Is there a way to scroll through timesheets pending my approval instead of having to go back to the list in between each one?

Q1: Just a point of clarification, the screens will not be removed, but they will no longer be developed through the end of the year, but support will be provided if needed. So you’ll still have access and can use them. If you don’t use WM3033JM (Timesheets Only) and only use the EP503010 (Core Approval Form for All Approvals and can be used on Mobile). To reject an already approved timesheet, you’ll now need to go through Timesheet Management (providing you have access) to Reopen the timesheet (or you can have the employee do it). At that point the Employee would need to make any adjustments and send it back through for approval. If there are no adjustments to be made, the timesheet can just be resubmitted so the approver can then Reject.

Q2: Hot off the press: Dev is going to look into this as an enhancement moving forward. As of right now, you will be forced to double click on the line time to approve/reject for each one.

​@nbryantjamis At this time, timesheets cannot be rejected from within Timesheet Management (not in version 8 anyway). The only way they can be reopened after approved within Timesheet Management is if they are first processed and then opened to amended status, which would be a very inconvenient workflow. (I don’t believe employees can reopen their timesheets once they are approved, either?) Is Rejections in Timesheet Management going to be added? Otherwise, I just don’t see users not continuing to use WM3033JM (Timesheets Only) as long as it is available to them?

Thank you ​@kvinson I just tested this again in v8.0/Update 11 and you are correct, you’re not able to reopen the timesheet whether from TS Management or even logged in as the employee. Please note that the form [WM3033JM] will not be removed from these earlier versions and even when you upgrade to v9, the form will still be there, but now you’ll also have the Reopen button. I think the idea is to get used to the new process flow once you upgrade.
