I’ll go first. Here are some redacted/blurred screenshots from a recent revamp of our executive dashboard. After some discovery sessions and determining what was important at highest levels, I put together a dashboard that gives them all the info they want to track at their level, right at their fingertips. This has been a great time saver, and has actually replaced a Powerpoint that I used to manually put together for a monthly finance meeting. As an added benefit, they can always drill down into the data behind the dashboards which has made the executive team secure in knowing that they have the information they need quickly, and even more detail when they want it.

Because some of our users aren’t super-savy in Jamis, I recently finished adding “(click to expand)” on Dashboards that only reveal partial data. I’m also working on revamping some dashboards that default to “oldest to newest” when my users want to see the most recent items first. Unfortunately, some widgets  are based off of standard inquiries so I will have to make generic inquiries to replicate the data.
