I have an issue importing Sales Orders when the Contact name (e.g. John Doe) is associated with multiple Business Accounts. I’ve tried the following with following results:
Works if the Contact name is associated only with the BA related to the SO importing, but often error if multiple BAs.
Imports nothing.

For additional context, the Contact on the Customer is effectively a sales rep and is the contact for several Customers. Acumatica seems to be looking at all contacts, and if the first John Doe it runs into, is NOT tied to the Customer on the SO being imported, it errors.
We’ve also tried importing using the Contact email instead with similar results.
