Scheduled Import Scenario not picking up the new file that is updated daily

We have an import scenario that we have built that we want to import Sales Orders on a daily basis. We want to schedule the Import Scenario so that on weekends and public holidays it will process the updated file without intervention.

The file is overwritten on a daily basis by an external process. I have tried using the “Link to existing file” option as well as editing the URL. I have been using my C Drive as well as a link to a Dropbox file.

I have tried every option, but it seems to load the historic contents and not look at the updated file. Has anyone got any suggestions of what is needed?

Hi @DavidWhite

Please refer to the following thread to enable Synchronization of an import source file.

Hope this helps.

I have managed to get it running from a Google drive folder. I used the File Synchronisation option of HTTP and the only other trick was that the “Synchronise Folder Content” was ticked and you had to select the “Shared Folder Option” to untick it.
