Lead Owner Field not updating during Import

Hello Everyone,

We are trying to update some Leads we have in the system to assign a proper Owner to each of them.  I’ve tried all different kinds of mappings for the Owner column and it just will not update.  No errors either.  I have attached the XML and a sample of the Excel spreadsheet we are using for the Data Provider.  Any help would be great!  Thank you-

I am able to import with out any issues

Hi @Manikanta Dhulipudi 

I tried that before creating this post unfortunately.  I just modified the mapping again, saved, prepared, and ran it again just to run it and it still doesn’t update the Owner Field.

 

We are on Acumatica Cloud ERP 2023 R2
Build 23.208.0026 +

Yes @Manikanta Dhulipudi , these are all existing leads that do not have any Owner assigned to them.
