- Check whether the Import scenario mapping is changed
- Also, cross verify the data that you are importing.

if yes, can you please share your XML format of the import scenario here?

Since you did mention that the same scenario was working some time ago, I suggest you create a new scenario with exact mapping ( using same DB provider ) and try the import.
