I created a generic inquiry that pulls data from the Purchase order module. I pull that data into excel and use with an import scenario to create records in the equipment module.
Now that the report is created and import scenario is mapped and setup, I would like to have another dept at the company do the import monthly but I am concerned about giving them full access to the import scenarios. Is there a way to limit access so they can run this one scenario but not have access to others?

Hi
Yes. You can publish the Import Scenario which will create a screen in the Site Map. Once it’s published, use ‘Access Rights by Screen’ to assign rights to one or more roles.
