Insert Subitem in Stock Item Screen

Hi Everyone,

 

Need your support on how to insert value in Default Subitem (Stock Item Screen > Warehouse Default) via Import Scenarios. There are 4 segmented keys under the sub item.

Have tried many steps, and all give null on the field.
