Impost Scenario - Stock Items (Creating New) - Input String Error was not in Correct Format""

Good day,

I reused an import scenario to create new stock items.  I assumed it worked when it was used in the past however, I can be sure.  The error (as researched) states that my Inventory ID is over 30 characters.  However, I checked them; all less than 30 characters. 

Anyone have any suggestions?  What I should look at next?  Attached is the XML.

We upgraded to 2023R2 last week.
