I’m trying to import BOMs with multiple operations and my import scenario does not update multiple operation IDs. It picks only the first operation and the materials with it. Could you please someone help me with the import scenario and steps that I need to follow?

Did you already search Acumatica Community for “Import BOM” ? There are many BOM import examples already posted, including screenshots of the Scenario and some with downloadable XML files, to help you.
Please let us know what steps you already tried, which posts - if we know these details we can help you more quickly.
