Import by Scenario (Leads)

Hi there,

System prompts a warning message “Last Name or Account Name (or both) should be filled in.” when we execute import for leads in LIVE tenant.

Appreciate if you guys could assist on this matter. Thank you in advance.

Hi guys,

I managed to solve it. Just rearranged some fields in order in the import scenario and it works!

Had the exact same issue and changing the order solved as above solved it.  No logic to this.  Thank goodness for this forum.

This suggestion seemed to work for me also for some unknown reason. It didn’t seem to matter what field was above the <key>, so I just duplicated the Account Name field and moved one of them to the first line. It does not seem to save that data as I had originally moved an existing field to the top and it created the record without error but that particular field never set. The below worked for me.
